Whether it is a four course dinner of wild boar proscitto from Antica Macelleria Falorni followed by pasta al tartufo and a bistecca fiorentina from Dario Checchini and Tiramisu or just pizza made in the wood oven by the pool, you can rest assured that whatever it is you wish for will be prepared and served with care and attention, leaving you only with the decision of which wine to choose from.
Tuscany is without doubt one of those wine regions where some of the most important reds in the world are produced. It is a region full of tradition, but in continuous development since the introduction of international grape varieties and the use of these gave rise to Super Tuscans, such the Tignanello, Sassicaia from neighbouring Antinori vineyards.
So whether you want to just drink some of the local view by trying a Rignana Riserva, or perhaps move further afield with a Brunello or even a Barolo, our cellar is at your disposal.
