The Weeks consist of practical demonstrations and tastings of healthy and original Tuscan cuisine. Taking advantage of Rignana's purpose-built indoor and outside kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances, the lessons are delivered in English in an entertaining style by renowned local chefs and Florentine ladies eager to share the secrets of their families' ancient recipes. No previous knowlege of cooking - or Italian - is necessary!

Villa Rignana also hosts courses organised by the The Italian Cooking School,run by BOOKS for COOKS founder Heidi Lascelles and  Tuscan chef Olivia Greco.


The week also includes

En-suite four poster bedroom and breakfast

    Five delicious meals

    Daily room maid and laundry service.

The weekly participation fee is 1250 euros p.p
