Weeks consist of practical demonstrations and tastings of healthy and
original Tuscan cuisine. Taking advantage of Rignana's purpose-built
indoor and outside kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances, the
lessons are delivered in English in an entertaining style by renowned
local chefs and Florentine ladies eager to share the secrets of their families'
ancient recipes. No previous knowlege of cooking - or Italian - is
necessary!
